NFL PICKS WEEK TWELVE, 2011

Well, we were both 1-2 on Thanksgiving. Here are the rest of this weeks' picks.

1.) St. Louis Rams (2-8) at home (-2.5) vs. Arizona Cardinals (3-7)
Ugh! Do I have to pick this one?
PREDICTION: RAMS, grudgingly

2.) New York Jets (5-5) at home (-9.5) vs. Buffalo Bills (5-5)
If Fred Jackson were healthy and playing, I'd take the points, but he's not playing.
PREDICTION: JETS

3.) Cincinnati Bengals (6-4) at home (-7) vs. Cleveland Browns (4-6)
Field Goal Game? Maybe. I don't like the points but I like the Browns less.
PREDICTION: BENGALS

4.) Houston Texans (7-3) (-6.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars (3-7)
Can Matt Leinart lead the Texans? He'll have to show me. This is Leinart's third shot at proving himself as an NFL QB. Geez, do you think Tebow would be given the benefit of the doubt?
PREDICTION: JAGUARS

5.) Carolina Panthers (2-8) (-3.5) at Indianapolis Colts (0-10)
Even off a bye week, the Colts are doomed.
PREDICTION: PANTHERS

6.) Tennessee Titans (5-5) at home (-3.0) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4- 6)
Ugly. Both teams are finding ways to lose.
PREDICTION: BUCCANEERS

7.) Atlanta Falcons (6-4) at home (-9.5) vs. Minnesota Vikings (2-8)
The Vikings are just screwed.
PREDICTION: FALCONS

8.) Oakland Raiders (6-4) at home (-3) vs. Chicago Bears (7-3)
Can the Bears defense and the Caleb Hanie led offense beat the Raiders?
PREDICTION: RAIDERS

9.) Seattle Seahawks (4-6) at home (-3) vs. Washington Redskins (3-7)
The Redskins are just abysmal.
PREDICTION: SEAHAWKS

10.) New England Patriots (7-3) (-3.5) at Philadelphia Eagles (4-6)
The Eagles will try to dominate the clock by running the ball, but their linebackers can't play with the PATS Tight Ends.
PREDICTION: PATRIOTS

11.) San Diego Chargers (4-6) at home (-5.5) vs. Denver Broncos (5-5)
Are you kidding?
PREDICTION: BRONCOS TO COVER

12.) Pittsburgh Steelers (7-3) (-10.5) at Kansas City Chiefs (4-6)
The Chiefs don't have enough in the tank.
PREDICTION: STEELERS

13.) New Orleans Saints (7-3) at home (-7) vs. New York Giants (6-4)
The Giants have struggled to run the ball lately and they'll need to do it if they want to win.
PREDICTION: GIANTS TO COVER
