OK, I was 9-6 last week and John was 6-9. My season long record is 106-111-5. John's season long record is 101-116-5.
Here are this weeks' picks.
1.) Atlanta Falcons (12-2) (-4) at Detroit Lions (4-10)
This game is in progress but we both have the Falcons.
2.) Green Bay Packers (10-4) at home (-12.5) vs. Tennessee Titans (5-9)
I didn't watch the Titans momentous win on Monday Night as Mark Sanchez effectively ended his career as a starting quarterback. To paraphrase a line from "Top Secret", "Aaron Rodgers is not Mark Sanchez " (Or Mel Torme')
3.) Carolina Panthers (5-9) at home (-8.5) vs. Oakland Raiders (4-10)
Well, it looks like Ron Rivera will be spared the unemployment line. The Raiders are well, being the Raiders.
4.) Miami Dolphins (6-8) at home (-4.5) vs. Buffalo Bills (5-9)
5.) Pittsburgh Steelers (7-7) at home (-3.5) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (8-6)
The Bengals are keeping it close.
Prediction; BENGALS TO COVER
6.) New England Patriots (11-3) (-14.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars (2-12)
If you spotted the Jags two TD's, they'd still lose by four TD's.
7.) Indianapolis Colts (9-5) (-7.5) at Kansas City Chiefs (2-12)
A tidal wave is imminent in Kansas City
8.) Dallas Cowboys (8-6) at home (-2.5) vs. New Orleans Saints (6-8)
Cowboys need the win
9.) Washington Redskins (8-6) (-6.5) at Philadelphia Eagles (4-10)
My season long nightmare is ending.
10.) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-8) at home (-3.5) vs. St Louis Rams (6-7-1)
The Rams, at this point are more fundamentally sound than the Bucs.
11.) Houston Texans (12-2) at home (-7.5) vs. Minnesota Vikings (8-6)
Interesting match up. Peterson is going crazy and is carrying the Vikings, but the Texans defense will crucify Christian Ponder.
12.) New York Jets (6-8) at home (-2.5) vs. San Diego Chargers (5-9)
Greg McElroy anyone?
13.) Denver Broncos (11-3) at home (-12) vs. Cleveland Browns (5-9)
The Browns are building something just in time for Joe Banner to blow it up in the off season.
14.) New York Giants (8-6) (-2.5) at Baltimore Ravens (9-5)
Both teams are looking awful.
15.) Chicago Bears (8-6) (-6) at Arizona Cardinals (5-9)
The Bears are not who we thought they were, but the Cardinals are exactly who we thought they were.
16.) Seattle Seahawks (9-5) at home (-2) vs. San Francisco 49ers (10-3-1)
The Niners don't need this game but it's a statement going into the playoffs. The Seahawks have not lost at home.
